Responsible use
Do not publish false offers, misleading claims, prohibited content, fake reviews, impersonation, spam or private customer information. Your use must follow applicable law and the policies of the third-party platforms connected to Repixo.
AI drafts and final responsibility
AI-generated posts, captions, replies and posters are drafts. You are responsible for checking names, prices, dates, availability, claims, spelling, privacy, professional requirements and content rights before publishing.
Content and image rights
Use photos, logos and other creative material only when you own them or have permission. Do not copy another business, impersonate a person or publish protected content without the required rights.
Google and third-party services
Google and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. Repixo cannot control Google Search or Maps rankings, post approval, customer reviews, profile verification, suspension decisions, API availability or platform changes.
Service availability
Features may change, pause or be updated because of product improvements, device requirements, security needs or third-party platform changes. The current Google Play listing and in-app information describe current availability.
Privacy and account deletion
Repixo data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. You may delete your Repixo account inside the app or submit an email deletion request using the official procedure described on the Delete Repixo Account page.

Before publishing through Repixo
The authorised user should confirm that the content is truthful, current and suitable for the business category. Check offer conditions, professional restrictions, image rights and customer privacy. If an AI-assisted draft is inaccurate or inappropriate, edit or discard it. Using the tool does not transfer the publisher's legal or professional responsibilities to Repixo.
Account safety and acceptable access
Keep device and Google account access secure, use only Business Profiles you are allowed to manage and remove access for staff or agencies who no longer require it. Do not attempt to bypass service limits, interfere with connected systems or use the product to impersonate another business. Contact support if you believe an account or connected permission has been misused.

The business owner or authorised manager who reviews and publishes the content is responsible for its accuracy and legality.
Can I use Repixo for any Business Profile?+
No. Use Repixo only for profiles you own or are explicitly authorised to manage.
Can features change?+
Yes. App features can change because of product improvements, device requirements or third-party platform changes.
Can I publish another company's photos or logo?+
Only use creative material you own or are authorised to publish. Repixo assistance does not grant rights to a brand, photograph, customer image or third-party design. The user remains responsible for permissions and lawful use.
What if an AI-generated claim is incorrect?+
Edit or discard it before publishing. AI output is a draft, and the authorised user remains responsible for checking factual, legal, professional and platform requirements. Do not publish a claim only because it was generated by the app.
