Effective 20 June 2026. This policy explains the Google account and Business Profile data Repixo handles, how it is used, shared, protected and deleted.
Effective 20 June 2026, Repixo handles authorised Google account and Business Profile data only to provide connected app features. It does not sell data or use Google data for advertising.
When you connect a Google Business Profile with your consent, Repixo may access your Google account email, name and profile photo, along with business locations, reviews, ratings, performance and search-keyword insights, photos and posts. Repixo may also handle profile details you add, such as a phone number, and Google OAuth tokens needed to keep authorised features connected.
Repixo uses authorised data to show business locations, analytics, reviews and insights; prepare AI-assisted review replies and marketing content; and publish replies, posts or profile updates back to the Business Profile only when you choose to do so.
Repixo connects through Google OAuth and official Google Business Profile APIs. The permission screen explains the access requested. Repixo does not need your Google password or one-time code. You can review or revoke connected access through your Google Account security controls; connected features may stop after access is revoked.
When you ask Repixo to draft a review reply or marketing caption, the relevant text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API only to generate the requested content. According to the current Repixo privacy policy, it is not used to train AI models. Repixo also uses Google Business Profile APIs to provide connected profile features.
Repixo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only for user-facing Repixo features and is not used for advertising.
Repixo keeps account data while the account is active. Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM and traffic uses HTTPS. Deleting the account removes the Repixo account, encrypted tokens and cached locations, reviews and generated assets from Repixo servers. Content already published to Google stays in the Google Business Profile and is managed through the user's Google account.
Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to the official Repixo support email. The complete account-deletion options are also available on the Delete Repixo Account page.
You can decide whether to connect a Google account, review the permissions presented during OAuth and revoke Repixo access through Google Account security controls. You can also delete the Repixo account through the in-app option or verified email procedure. Revoking access stops connected functions; deleting the account also removes the Repixo-side account, encrypted tokens and cached data described in this policy.
Contact the official support email with a clear description of the privacy question and the Repixo account involved. Do not include a password or verification code. This page should be reviewed when Repixo changes connected data use, service providers or deletion procedures; the effective date at the top identifies the current published policy version.
